He was telling a story yesterday about how he wasn't sure if he was going to be retained but just kept doing his job the best he could. After about 10 days, Woodson comes down while he's working out 6 guys, and just watches for about 30 minutes. After the workout, Woodson told Marshall that he'd like him to continue his role, and all he said was "make sure these boys are ready to run".
