As much as I despise Trump, I don't want to see a person's head literally explode on TV.
I’m no Trump fan, but his post was way out of line. Calling the First Lady the First Stripper is out of line too. A little civility and good old fashioned politeness is needed here.
I like Kamala like many others voters. We just liked other candidates a little bit more. That doesn’t change the fact that we like her. Does that make sense?
Well, sometimes it seems the VP choice does make a big difference. Here are two examples for thought, one positive and one sucko.

The "photo shoot" included several girl-girl action scenes without clothing. You are right, though nude model soft core porn stars are not necessarily strippers or whores. But the first couple didn't exactly meet at a church or book club.
I respect that she is composed and has integrity. I respect that she’s not afraid to ask the hard questions that affect real people and my principles, rather than grandstanding and gaslighting like leadership in the Repub party. I know you're an old fogey, but I think a better answer is to point out that there is nothing inherently wrong with being a nude model, or a glamour model, or an adult film star, or a whore. There are a lot of things very wrong with all of those industries, but the problems are all on the side of the rich men who manipulate the young, attractive women drawn to those professions.
But a woman using her sexuality to make a living? That's her choice, and there's no reason to disparage her for it.

Trumps base is what it is. Trump needs the suburbs. He had a little energy to the suburbs with the looting. If he goes after Harris on race or gender....that doesn't expand the base. It just confirms his over 45, white male non college educated core.

You can stop that 7th grade math crap any time. I know how increased risk of harm from a particular cause works from say, the effects of a missed diagnosis. It’s exactly how I said. If somebody had a 30 % chance if a bad cancer outcome but a missed diagnosis increased that risk to 50%, the increase and additional risk is 20% not 67%.

I do think she is going to have to say she was wrong about 'believing Biden's accusers'.

As a mod, I have totally given up on this place. All civility and just basic human decency is gone. As much as this place has been a shithole for years, the level of “shitholeness” has been magnified immensely in the last year or so.
