Noticed something else. When reviewing offers for each played, I don't see Purdue's name often. Wonder why that is. Do we go after players with different skill sets?

Noticed something else. When reviewing offers for each played, I don't see Purdue's name often. Wonder why that is. Do we go after players with different skill sets?

Kiante is the nephew of former Penn State great Curtis Enis. Kiante's grandfather was a cousin to Rick according to an Indystar article.

As far as Purdue's recruiting strategy, I'm not entirely sure. Different offensive and defensive schemes could partly be a part of it. Also, Purdue may go after lower hanging fruit than what Wilson does, sort of like we did when Lynch was the coach here. I have noticed they've been late to the party on a few of the guys the Hoosiers have been in on for a quite a while. For instance, Akinribade did not pick up an offer from the Boilers until a couple weeks ago.
