Sign me up. Needs work but could develop into a good rim runner.
He’s one to take a chance on. He’s very talented and with the right coach. DeVries style with 4/5 out. Quick shooting etc. him and flory might thrive together.
Wow. Be cool if a Booker-Bidunga tandem. Get back to Indiana kids. At least a few.
I’m not impressed with either one, especially XB. I get the sense that FB will be an overpay for whoever signs him. If so, no thanks.
Auburn in drivers seat for Bidunga. Sounds like we may be starting the foundation with Devries, Sisley, and Conor Enright.

I told a guy once that if I was falling to my death I would hope I landed on Xavier Booker. He's that soft. He was cursed with size because he has zero desire to be a competitive basketball player. I think there was Jaren Jackson Jr buzz around him early but major motor concerns but Izzo couldn't resist. After 2 years he's not improved. Concrete hard pass.

Certainly some concern if not even Izzo can get his motor going. That said MSU had 2 other 5s that were pretty good and older. He seemed to have had a pretty short leash as a result of their depth.

Only if he accepts a backup role and IU has adequate defense and rebounding elsewhere on the roster.
If you tell Booker that you are only offering a backup role, you have no chance of getting him. I think most coaches would be telling him that they like his potential, have a plan for helping him reach that potential, and that he has an opportunity to compete for major playing time if he works his tail off starting right now.
