Yep. My daughter has a run of the mill BA and she is a corporate trust officer at a major bank.
Her legs go all the way up…. To most people’s knees!! lol
Fox has done a remarkable job fixing her up over the last few years. Considering where she was to start with.

I am so glad Kat's cancer was found early. It will give her more years with her family.
Breast cancer diagnosed just prior to giving birth. Then had the baby, followed by a double mastectomy.

Yep, 3 so far. Only 3-4 weeks removed from the last one. The restraining order hasn’t even been lifted yet on that one.
1st one, let’s call her my legacy piece ( as coach lines to call it). Great woman. Mother of my biological kids. I’ve took care of her multiple times as we will always have a bond due to our 2 kids. I screwed her over simply because I was having “new car smell” fever for #2. #1 has waited for me to come back for 22 years. (Jump to the end for that recap).
#2 was the most georgous, pigeon toed thing you’ll ever see. I knew her for 4 yrs before I became so infatuated that I simply be away from her. Straight as an arrow. Church two days a week for 10 yrs. STUNNING! Great mom. She got so GD drunk at our wedding reception that I thought I’d have to give CPR…. And she never stopped. Single largest total course change that even Hollywood couldn’t over dramatize.
#3. 3-4 yrs after #2. Short. Fat. Ugly. Not really interested in her or any women to be honest. But we were having fun. Vacationing around the world. Simply having some good times. After 4-5 yrs of that, I thought, what the hell. Might as well put a ring on it. … everything was great for 7-8 more years…. Then her youngest daughter decided to get into crack, crank, heroine, coke, meth….. basically everything.
I’ve paid over $100k in multiple rehabs for her. #3 thinks that me expecting the daughter to not ruin our lives, is a bridge to far. That’s her baby by god!
So now I have the opportunity to slowly, hopefully, correct how I did #1 so terribly wrong as a young stupid idiot.
That’s the short version. I feel that I’ve paid a lot of penance ( as I totally should!!) for a very stupid decision I made to leave #1 in the first place. I can’t fix 20+ yrs of pain that I caused her, but I can at least own up to stupid.
She’s always been a good person and great mom. Even my level of stupid can’t change that. And I never DIDNT love her.
If that makes any sense.
My least favorite literary and cinematic genre is the biography. They're all boring, ham-fisted attempts to craft a story out a person's life as if there could be one rational through line.
I would be the first in line on opening night to see the Joe Hoopsier biopic. Rated R. Starring . . . Billy Bob Thornton? Wife 1: Reese Witherspoon. Wife 2: Angelina Jolie Wife 3: Rosie O'Donnell. Crack daughter: Julia Stiles or Julia Garner from Ozarks.

The odd thing is, and 100% true, she fell and broke her own leg in 3 places last weekend. My #1 step daughter (the one that chose me over her mom in the divorce) called and told me.
I said.. "lucky she isn't a horse". case closed.
Swear to god, I would never treat a step any different that a biological kid. EVER ! 100% swear on at !!! I am the only reason she is alive, and Her mother shit on me because I wouldn't allow her to set in my house, that I built FOR US with my on two hands, and cuss me, after keeping her alive 3 times. I'm an ass here I know. But I never did anything but want her to be better. OH, I didn't even mention the 2 grandkids that she had from different drug dealers. I'm not allowed to see them now, and her first is probably my most favorite grandson. I miss him so much. someone please stop all of these GD drugs ruining families !!! Please.
