Yep - the only thing I know about the NSA chat rooms is basically in that article linked above, but based on that I’d think most people could get behind these firings.
Government is using Microsoft Teams, so my guess is a pervert set up a chat room (channel) on that restricted it to fellow perverts.

I've fired people and these would be no brainer firings without a tinge of remorse.

for sexually explicit nsa chat msgs. we're paying for this shit? and are there a bunch of chicks working in intelligence? damn horny crowd. i've only known one person involved in US intelligence and that's @DANC. when he was tapped they didn't really have chat rooms and stuff like now. crazy

Any truth to the rumors that these were just UncleMark's Water Cooler threads about Tulsi that were crosslinked in NSA chatrooms?

Yeah, that shit wouldn't fly back then, even if they did have chat rooms. People would have been tossed - opens employees up for blackmail.

There were always women in the ASA/NSA back then, but not the multi-gender situation there is now.

My first encounter with such a thing was back in the middle 80s. My company put in an internal instant message system. What most employees didn't know was that every message could be read by the administrator. It quickly devolved into a version of what went on at the NSA, but nothing that perverted.

You'd think they'd have better things to do during work (instead of working), like posting to the Cooler or something.

Bad news. I got fired with 99 of my buddies today. Long story, no need to rehash it. Anyhoo, I’m in the job market. @mcmurtry66 do you have any openings at one of businesses? @The Original Happy Goat do you need a line cook? I have a face for front of the house, but I’ll start at the bottom. @BradStevens do you need an energy guy in the office?
Didn't know you were part of the deep state.

Email Scott Dolson.

I've heard that the Athletic Department has an opening and according to those "in the know" they're willing to be a little morally flexible when it comes to candidate background investigation results...
