Woodson retiring today rumor

I can just see good ole Quinn coming into Cook Hall today..."You see Scott, its all been leaked...Mike doesn't deserve all this bad press. This is why we took control last time. I think maybe we should again."
if Dolson gets undercut on this Dolson won't be here very long, this is a done deal, balls in Woodson's court,

🤮🤢🤮

Flying private from LA on IU's dime to do it.

Oh quinn and woodson are fighting this tooth and nail and that is why the last 24 hours has been a PR fiasco. The king retires when the king says he retires!
The king can also be bounced out on his ass, shredding what little bit legacy he has left.

I don’t want any of these current low IQ players making any decisions on the future of this program!
They may all be nice guys, but I don't think they have the intellect to make the right decision on that. Just look at the decisions they've made at the end of close games, or, how they learned how to play defense.

I'm sure they will when all parties finally sign off on what will happen.
If there is not a statement, then that tells me that Woodson is in denial and is fighting it. If that is the case, then he best be ready for the potential booing on Sat. And if he continues to fight it - then it is clear he will be fired at least by year end.

Dolson has all the leverage. If Woodson wants to keep fighting the inevitable, I hope he finally says "enough" and just makes it a one sided firing of an underperforming coach.

No mention of his playing legacy, just "we wish Mike luck in his future endeavors. Our focus now returns to finding a coach who will regularly compete for conf championships and make strong tournament runs"
