Good buzz. I do think 2025 will be a small class and Cig will hit the portal hard. I think 2026 will be where IU goes after high schoolers hard.
There are currently 19 commits for the 2025 class. I think Cig will take 3-4 more.

Baldwin, Burris and Winnie Watkins are clear targets still.
After them, they could still try for Juju, but it wouldn't surprise if that ship sailed since he hasn't visited since his official.
Alway could be a surprise here or there, but they're pretty much set on the high school kids they like. The portal class will be fairly big yet again.
My guess, Juju recognizes IU will likely be playing a home game in the college football playoffs and he has decided to delay his visit until that game.
Personally Lewis would be a coup for recruiting but I'd just as soon pass to use the spot, NIL for some more quality depth elsewhere. Also kinda think if Cignetti can find his type fit HS commits will reach 26. In other words recruits who could play sooner. Part of my optimism for that thought is because this staff develops talent so well. Portal quality will be much easier to pick and pluck this year than last. Many advantages this year vs. last.
Juju probably wants to be guaranteed a starting spot. Coach Cig won't do that. I think we will look for one in the portal to compete with Tayven.
