Will Wade’s strong ass offers are legal now, right?

Not saying he should be the guy, but why is Wade getting written off for past transgressions when what he got in trouble for is essentially legal now with NIL.

There more to it?
 
“What he’s in trouble for is not illegal anymore” not a strong enough argument?

Genuinely asking. Are show causes tough to overcome? More work/effort/time/money than what it’s worth?
No idea about overcoming a show-cause. I guess it would be close to expired anyway. But it's one of the more severe penalties that can be handed out.

Sort of a Sampson situation I guess. He broke the rules as they were at the time. We still have rules, though they are not exactly the same. For example I'm pretty sure there are still limits on number of contacts and when they can occur. Would he honor them?
