I had heard of Finebaum from message boards long before I ever watched him on ESPN, and I watch ESPN but just for events, and a couple talking head shows I liked.
FInally I thought 'hey, here's Finebaum, he's supposed to be good' and so instead of switching channels I watched for once. Ten minutes in I thought 'this is stupid, this guy has no information' . I tried a couple more times after that, same result, haven't watched him in a long time.
Finebaum's bread is buttered by the SEC, I assume that's why he feels compelled to trash Indiana. And he doesn't have to be close to right, he's playing to his audience.
