Thinking it's Cherry but I have never seen a depth chart for this team.

Our Lads has a depth chart but I wouldn't put too much stock in its accuracy because it still has a couple of guys as third teamers who aren't even on the Team now...

Mendoza played in the 3rd slot at the end of the W ILL game but I don't recall having seen Cherry take any live snaps out there yet (could be wrong, I might have just not realized he was out there)...
Maybe we'll get the answer against Washington if we're up big early in the 4th...

My guess is Cherry as he had a spring practice.

I talked briefly to Tayven at a basketball game last year. I thanked him for staying with the team and I told him that no matter what, he would play an important and integral part in our season. I'm not Nostradamus, just an old man that has seen many years of football. Every team needs a competent QB back-up. Tayven will do us proud, no matter how many games he has to fill in. Go Hoosiers!
After the Western Ill. game CCC referred to Mendoza as QB3. So my guess unless things have changed is Mendoza is now 2 and Cherry is 3.
