I think most of us would agree (feel free to disagree) that IU's two best players are TJD and JHS. TJD is the All American and a consensus media choice for Big 10 player of the year. JHS is the media choice for the Big 10 Freshman of the year and he was also picked by one pro scout to be a first round NBA selection next year. Right now, I would say that TJD is #1 and JHS is close behind him at #2, although that order may change at the end of the season.
However, when I asked myself who is #3, I had a very difficult time making that selection. Is it old reliable and steady Race with his improving 3 point shot? If he plays like he did at the end of last season, is it X? Or, wil it be a player with potential such as Tamar or JG? Maybe it is a new player like Malik? or even someone else?
And, is it possible that IU's #3 will be a different player at the end of the season than it was at the start of the season?
