When was the last time the Hoosiers beat a top 10 team?

I was wondering when was the last time IU beat at team ranked in the top 10.

Oct. 10th 1987 over Ohio State. They were ranked 9th when they played. Did the research myself. So it has been 28 years. I think it is long overdue for a win against a top 10 opponent.

Iowa was #11 that year, as they are #10/#11 this year. Iowa beat the 6-2 Hoosier though, but IU did beat Ohio State in Columbus.

It should be an interest game Saturday ...
