I was in Michigan last week and made my first trip to a dispensary. But I guess if trends continue the SCOTUS will come down on states rights to have legal weed. Same sex marriage is probably in jeopardy, too. Welcome to the 20th century all over again.

Long Dong Thomas today encouraged and invited challenges to Griswold v. Connecticut and all the prior rulings as to same-sex marriage. Ther will soon be new Supreme Court rulings galore on stuff we all thought had been settled years ago.

Now that Thomas himself is an activist judge, he is looking for ways to overrule all the other rulings by activist judges that he disagrees with.

By the way, Long Dong Silver apparently was a helluva movie, though I've never been able to find a copy.
