Bo Ryan goon ball is dead in Madison. Bucky hits 10+ threes per game and shoots 84% from the FT line as a team and averages well over 80ppg. They have become what we aspire to be.
Purdue better watch their ass. They have gone from leading the BIG to a realistic possibility of losing the double bye in a week.
Incidental arm to the thigh gets a dude tossed then intentional wrap around defending a layup is common.
They simply need to get consistent
And I’m sick of seeing that video on YouTube where it lists the only 9 teams that can win the national title and Purdue is one of them. Bullshit, they’re good, but not top 10 worthy.
They essentially have three good players and very little depth beyond that. Caleb Furst is the biggest stiff in the whole conference. They've got a couple decent but inconsistent freshmen. Colvin and Heide are big disappointments in terms of improvement over last season.

Ironically, they have good guard play, Loyer and Smith playing together for the last three years with one more to go.
Clinic put on at both ends of the floor by Badgers today. Wow!! Very impressive. Their switches and help D vs Smith was smothering.
And before their game today CBS had a NCAA tourney seedings preview with Purdue as a clear 2 seed. WTF, why does everyone overrate them?
