Heard something about coach Fisch of Washington saying that the only reason IU beat them was because coach Cig had payed off the refs . Supposedly he was fined 20 thousand for his comments . Supposedly he even said some crap to coach Cig during the hand shake after the game . Wondered if anyone else had heard anything about this . If true then Fisch is a real Dick .

Was he trying to make a joke? If not that's some serious sour grapes. College refs are always terrible but I can't recall anything worse than normal.
I'm not seeing anything on these alleged comments or fine in searches or on social media.
I honestly can't imagine this is true. There are no reports or sources anywhere staking claim to this so at this point, it feels like a weird and unfounded rumor. Fines are communicated so we know that hasn't taken place.
People are quoting fake stories made up for clicks. I saw this on facebook and it was a fake article that initially called Fisch the head coach at AZ rather than Washington which is where he coached before.
No coach would ever say that. The controversy and potential fine would be extreme.
I watched his press conference live on Monday. He had nothing but good things to say about IU and the majority of his press conference were about UW injuries, consistently not scoring inside the redzone, etc. NOTHING was said about Cig or the refs except for the good job Cignetti has done.

This is Brockettman , I have no idea who the other person is , and I didn’t start a post about Rhule . A friend of mine told me about the Fisch rumor today , and I posted on here to see if anyone had heard anything on this . I figured if there was anything to this rumor someone on here would have heard about it . I found it hard to believe , but he thought there was something to the story . Sounds liked it was just click bait as someone said earlier .
Naw, Hartsel has been on here in one name or another for quite awhile... Brocketman has seemed okay to me from what I've seen... They're just INDIANA fans relaying what they've seen out there on the web...
They both just got suckered by some social media click bait artist who's attempting to smear Cignetti... Coach ought to have his lawyer and the University lawyers do a deep look into it and attempt get the perpetrator (of the original click bait statements) for defamation...
The nut who put this crap up out there desperately wants attention... I say ignore him and let the lawyers deal with him...
That's a fake news website. The same article the week before said nebraska coach said same thing. And if you actually read the articles they say both are head coaches at Arizona. This week they posted an article saying Rourkes wife is pregnant with twins. It's a scam to get you to open the page so they get paid for the ad revenue. Neither coach said anything like that.
