Went to both. The AU game was later in the day and played in a cold drizzle. The UT weather was much better. Both Peach Bowls we played toe-to-toe with 2 very good teams.
If we could have just held them on those last drives......

These weren’t the normal IU trident if I remember right. They looked terrible.Come on - you can’t deny the trident is a much more well known logo so why go with the block I.
Thanks RBB. Any idea what we're wearing at home? I think our regular uniform from last year and the new helmet don't quite match. I'm hoping we wear what we wore against Cincy last year for all home games this year. We’re wearing them for all road games.
I remember stupid details, but can't remember the important stuff. The price for old age, I guess. You remember more game detail than I do from back then, I just remember losing and not being able to see the upper deck very well due to the fog. And puking in a MARTA station trash can
I had some UT family sitting next to us - in the IU section. Their kid kept yelling "Come OWWWNNN, Reggie" the entire freaking game. Until the long pass to Ernie Jones that put us ahead, I think. Then the Bob Stephenson(?) TD. It was a TE - not sure, but I think it was him.Went to both. The AU game was later in the day and played in a cold drizzle. The UT weather was much better.
In one of these games, Mark Hagan missed an interception at LB that was a key play. Think It was against Tennessee.I had some UT family sitting next to us - in the IU section. That Auburn game was a great game. IU got stronger as the game went on, I thought. Just couldn't stop 'em on that last drive.
I think some people complained that they were too spindly, not quite chunky enough. These weren’t the normal IU trident if I remember right. They looked terrible.
Cobb was a man and we wore down a little. I think you’re thinking of Tim Jordan. Bob was from Evansville and played for Corso.I had some UT family sitting next to us - in the IU section. That has happened many times over the years. Clever,What I remember about the Tennessee Peach Bowl was the IU crowd chanting "Air ball, air ball" after UT missed a field goal. Headline and story the following day in the Atlanta paper was something about Indiana showing they're a basketball school with that.
