Well to be fair it's the second anti-bestiality law signed in Kentucky, it's just the first one "Don't ask don't tell" failed to rein in the problem...those hillbillies were tellin' everybody. And worse yet, all the animal victims were painted as loud mouthed liars who couldn't keep a secret.
