You do realize religious beliefs ARE just personal beliefs. Nothing about them is more unique, valuable, important or truer than the other.....right?Hiring a Christian is not the same thing as asking someone to do something against their conscience. Can you force a lesbian baker to make a cake for muslims who hate lesbians? No. But when you are talking about hiring somebody for a job it is far different. Religious beliefs should not be a determining factor.
To answer your question, the rules should be equally applied be it for any personal belief.
