I believe there would be no “tampering” allowed. Mullins would have to make that decision himself.

It doesn’t seem likely Mullins would flip. That ship has sailed. Hiring DeVries or Dusty last season likely means Mullins is a Hoosier.
Every player worth a hoot gets recruited virtually 24/7/365 these days. No rules. No enforcement.

CDD can make it known he'd like to talk with Braylon or Haralson without speaking with them directly. If they have any interest, I am sure he'd love to discuss.
CDD doesn't NEED Mullins or Haralson to have a break-out year next year. He can succeed without them. I think it would go a good little way in helping some of the fan base accept this hire, tho, if it were to happen.

Yeah. Every kid, even on the back to back defending champs, is hearing about other offers. It's the state of the game today. Alford's rant is pretty good as well.
pretty sure Mullins singed his LOI last fall. Not sure if the rules have changed since Portal/NIL and this mess we've created, but the rule used to be (and maybe still is) that only way Mullins could renege on his OCONN commit is if they granted his release. Which a school almost always does.
