What he did with the Medal of Freedom is enough to never allow him on the WH grounds ever again.
I honestly thought this was going to be a report of someone claiming he said it in a private meeting and he'd deny ever saying it, like most things he actually said and did.

I honestly don't know how he keeps hitting all the right buttons with these people where they keep carrying water for him. Yes, this is a relatively small thing, but it's strange that the MAGA crowd knee jerk into automatically defending anything and everything about him.
I swear, if the Epstein/Maxwell list ever became public and Trump's name was on it, there would be some weasley explanation they'd all buy to exonerate him but no one else on the list. Like he was undercover or something....

Recent polling of those in office shows a clear shift away from Trump, toward possibly more palatable replacements like DeSantis. Also reflected in the NY Post and WSJ about-faces on Trump.
As an aside, I like clever things. I was at Sam's Club this weekend and there was a guy in there, probably mid 30's or so, wearing a shirt with a ribbon graphic on it. The humor to me was building a wall as it related to the economy didn't make sense.
