How many players have left of graduated from last season’s 17 man roster? 8 or 9?
TJD, Brunk, Franklin and a single walk-on have been added?
Vijay, Cooper Bybee and a kid from Brownsburg ( i believe)equals 14. IU is not done. It's May 31, let options develop. Quit panicking, you look stupid.
Maybe. Maybe not. The kid has never played a college game. There’s a looottttt of wishful thinking and unrealistic expectations on Hunter.
For him to be better than Smith it won't take a lot, I mean Smith's per numbers were some of the worst in the BIG10 last year. If a healthy Hunter can't at least be better than Smith this past year then god help us. I mean it's almost impossible for him to be any worse.
Yet he started so he was better than at least 8 of our players last year. He was not nearly as bad as you’re suggesting.
Just because he started doesn't mean he played well, I thought Archie should've at least punished him for not playing hard at times.
I hope he gets better but to be fair my expectations for either him or Hunter aren't that high going into next year.
I dont get the guys that love all things Archie - and say trust him - let him build - get his guys...
But then same guys bash Devonte and Justin all season and still...who is putting those players on the court?
So if you think those 18-22 y/o kids ‘suck’ ‘lazy’ ‘dumb’ ‘selfish’ etc...I disagree w you...but its your coach Archie putting those guys on the court.
You chose to blame a kid who is busting their tail...I choose to place my blame on the $3.5 mil dollar adult that isn’t producing.

My hopes aren’t that high either. But I believe he’ll be one of our best players. Says a lot about the state of the program.
I'm holding out hope to somehow get to 24+ wins and a tourney appearance to get the program going. I know it's not likely, but in my opinion this will be Archie's last shot to grab momentum for future recruits. Another year like last year will probably put a fork in his IU career even if Fred tries to keep him around longer.
