Yeah, I think that’s what it came down to. The committee must have concluded that IU was simply just too non-competitive in too many games. The L’ville, Illini, and Iowa games in particular must have stood out.

Wasn't it you suggesting an elite 8 appearance just a week or ten days ago? Kinda impossible to get to elite 8 if you don't make the tournament. Nothing surprising or unfair about IU being left out.
