3) Billy Edwards, Jr. Wisc.

2) Dylan Raiola, Neb.

1) Drew Allar, Penn. St.
Notable Omissions: Fernando Mendoza, Indiana. Transfer from California but will face much tougher competition in the Big Ten. My note-- Joey Aguilar is coming from the Sunbelt Conference!

I'm more than thrilled with our guy and I'd have a hard time putting Fernando lower than 3rd on my list. I'd rank them like this:

  1. Drew Allar - No brainer.
  2. Luke Altmyer - His performance last year would've been a bigger story had Rourke not solidly outshined him.
  3. Fernando Mendoza - The P12 and ACC aren't chopped liver, and he's produced in both conferences.
  4. Dylan Raiola - He's possibly the 2nd most talented behind Allar, but he has a lot to prove to get to that level.
  5. Joey Aguilar - The Sun Belt is not that great, but we just had 3 Sun Belt AA's. He's a baller.
  6. Not Edwards

  13. Billy Edwards, Jr. - He's fine but he couldn't even keep his starting job at Maryland.

The kid in Oregon tried to fix his listing (realized PU has a new QB). Didn't bother to delete PU's original position or change the ranking number for IU but looks like he just flipped the 2 and updated the QB name for Purdue.

It would be nice if people would actually do some homework before coming up with these rankings.
