You're just talking out of your ass, what is your problem?
Thus, TMP's "fart noises" responses to feepaw.

Again, he made the tournament in year 2 and was a proven coach before Michigan.
Beilein was a proven winner and went 21-14 his 2nd year at Michigan. And they made the tournament. In fact they even won a game in the tournament.
Pack a lunch buddy. You’re getting wore out on here with the facts.
Yup I was told the same thing after Crean’s first 3 years. Probably called worse. I’m not surprised some of you never learned.okay, insert izzo, who was not a proven winner...whatever...you're splitting hairs to justify being a douche in year two of Archie...weird
you didn't and wouldn;t have known what you were looking at in years 1 through 4 of any coach. so why is it you are here every day saying you do? oh ya, forgot...you are a huge douche bag
You made the exact same guarantees for Crean.Again, he missed even the NIT in year three you douche bag coward.
His overall record at West Virginia was 104-60 (.634) and get this...40-40 (.500) in Big East Conference play. Not exactly setting the World on fire.
His B1G Conference record for his first FOUR seasons at Michigan...check this out...
30-42 (.417)
You think Archie makes it to year five with that record...? It can't be stated enough that you really need to STFU you sorry pos.
You made the exact same guarantees for Crean.
With your standards you’d build a statue of the next coach who makes the Elite 8. So sad.He also only has two National Runner-Up finishes, an Elite Eight and two Sweet Sixteens in that time frame as well. Don't leave those out. Obviously Indiana strives for Championships. But given the results of the last 20 years or so of Indiana Basketball, that doesn't look too shabby. And I consider his name being mentioned around here more as an example of it taking a little bit of time to get things going as opposed to his overall results (which again, aren't too bad).
What guarantees is he making? I'm not sure you know what the word means.
With your standards you’d build a statue of the next coach who makes the Elite 8. So sad.
That Archie a great coach. That he’s our next Knight who will be here 30 years. That he will win titles here. That it’s different this time from Crean. Remember those? What guarantees is he making? I'm not sure you know what the word means.

I don't remember him saying those things. I do remember you saying that Miller was a great coach and a great hire. This was shortly after your guarantee that Donovan to IU was happening. So keep imagining others making the guarantees that you made. That Archie a great coach. That he’s our next Knight who will be here 30 years. That he will win titles here. I was wrong on Archie. But my ego doesn’t prohibit me from admitting that unlike yours. Get some rest.I don't remember him saying those things. Where did Rak make those statements in the post you copied? You copied his post, where he outlined the mediocre start of Beilein, then you said he made the same guarantees for Crean. What guarantees?
And where did Rak say that CAM is the next RMK? Or any of the other things?
You've already been schooled on the difference between "bold predictions" and guarantees, but you refused to learn. Now, you are just throwing out the word nonsensically.
Sad.
Show me where I've said he's great or even will be the long term coach? You love attributing to posters things they never actually said. This is another example of that. I fall in the " Miller will last and maybe he won't, but two years isn't enough to say for certain. Especially considering the team he inherited and all the injuries this past season" range on the scale of Miller is great to Miller is the worst ever. You jumped from one extreme to the other almost over night.I was wrong on Archie. But my ego doesn’t prohibit me from admitting that unlike yours. Get some rest.
You’re not listening. I doubt your teachers like when they teach you things and you ignore them.Standards? What would you know about standards? In the very same thread you trash Archie and defend Beilein after being shown that the coach at Michigan had a worse record after his second season. And when called out on it, you double down even more.
Mark your posts in here as ones you'll have to go in and delete later so as not to look like such a huge pos.
STFU about standards. Really you just need to STFU in general.
You’re not listening. I doubt your teachers like when they teach you things and you ignore them.
Beilein made the tournament and won a game his 2nd year. And he took over a much worse program. Not a blue blood one year removed from a Big Ten Title.
Focus.
You need to pack a PB&J sandwich and take some notes for once. Are you still here?
Your blathering nonsense has really become boring at this point. Beilein needed time to get things going no matter how badly you try and spin it. Certainly more than two seasons. The roster he inherited didn't include anyone as bad as Grant Gelon or Tim Priller. The top six scorers for Michigan from the previous year were all returning as he became head coach. Indiana had just lost James Blackmon Jr, OG Anunoby, and Thomas Bryant. So your "much worse program" narrative, like yourself, is a big pile of sh!t.
I would suggest that you start sitting some of these threads out, as you continue to embarrass yourself with BS conjecture and bloviating hyperbole.
But you won't, because somehow you feed off your own shame.

Regardless of mental lapse or being more willing to try a risky pass, Green is a talented player. When properly focused, he has the skill to be a good SG. Durham improved in his second year and could compete for a greater role, but I don't see him passing Green unless .I agree with what you are saying, but I think for a kid like Quinnones, the opportunity to start is there with IU, IF he comes in and picks up on D, etc... where it might not ordinarily be with other programs. I also agree an upperclassmen will be our starting 2 at the beginning of the year, but I tend to think it will be Al Durham, with the level of improvement he showed last year.
