Yes, this is a tradition that we would prefer all the newcomers to appreciate…

Naw... This is the one time where you add something verbal to your game prep... It's "The Bucket"... Someone needs to fill this Team and this Staff in to what that means (and I know we already have a couple of guys on staff who do know, just need to get the rest up to speed)...
