As O'blameless did in 2012..

Much as Lincoln did when he suspended Habeus Corpus.

FDR when he bypassed Congress to implement the New Deal.

The weaponized procedure being utilized to obstruct federal appointments is endangering the Republic and turning decision-making over to 3rd and 4th tier bureaucrats who do not have the authority to make these decisions..

Yellen says the Government will shut down for lack of funding....as the Left obstructs...

To think the Democrats are of the opinion this activity will help their dying party is laughable.

Article II, Section 3.

Hamilton: Federalist 70

"..paralysis within the legislative branch imperils our Republic".

Time to step up Speaker Johnson.

LOL. Time for Trump to exert authority the Constitution doesn't give him? Big surprise.
Not to mention the fact that he’d piss off the Senate royally. That includes the Republicans who’ve made it clear they want to do their advise and consent duty for every nominee. Trump can’t afford to lose any Republicans with such a very slim Republican majority in both houses of Congress.

You're lying or stupid..
or in this case...both.

Read a book..
His only role in adjourning Congress is in the rare circumstance that the two houses disagree on whether or when to adjourn. He can't simply unilaterally send them home.

And I have no idea what you think Obama did in 2012 that's remotely like this.

Fixed it.

There's about a handful that are RINOs.

And no I don't. I want them to do what the Constitution requires.
The constitution does not require the Senate to approve all of the President’s nominees. If you want Congress to rubber stamp every nominee and approve every legislative proposal just go all the way and support abolishing Congress. The result is the same.

Rubio was just approved unanimously. Others will be approved by large margins too. Most of Trump’s nominees are good and/or unobjectionable. He just has a handful that may squeak through or be rejected.
