And just so there’s no misunderstanding, I believe every thug who’s here illegally should be shipped the hell out.

Board lawmen. Is it common for district court judges to place nationwide injunctions?

Why has it been happening so much with these challenges to Trump as opposed to narrower rulings on behalf of the specific defanfant(s).

Seems like another issue that will have to go before SCOTUS.

It's happened under Biden and Obama as well. Trump isn't being singled out.

It’s a contested issue. Some see it as an abuse of power. Others as a check on overreach of feds

Goodness gracious. What’s an autocrat to do?!

The judiciary is the guardrail.

Of all the chaos and dysfunction in the Trump Shit Show - Act 2, the administration's response to court orders it doesn't like should be a/the focus of political attention over the next several months.

Maybe West Virginia’s governor can get the Supreme Court to rule UNC has no place in the Big Dance.

When dealing with cash disbursement’s I suppose it makes sense, as that money can never come back.

As an example, an “injunction” or “TRO” that forces frozen money to be sent to USAID vendors is nonsensical as that money can’t come back.

For the same reason, an injunction that freezes student loan forgiveness makes all the sense in the world.

I can’t read it. I don’t have tik tok. I’m on the gram son. That’s where you get big titties and one punch knockouts and Messi highlights and bears chasing mountain bikers and all the things I like
Basically a bunch of people saying this is different, the judges aren't just wrong, but are actively engaged in a conspiracy to destroy America.

The problem is that there’s really no remedy for ignoring court orders save the polls. What are judges going to do. Hold the director in civil contempt? Fine him. That’s toothless
