So, there have been a few articles this week about coach K and of course Coach Knight features prominently in them.
It's been confirmed that Knight was pissed at K over some press clippings where K distanced himself from Knight. So, Knight wrote K a letter before the final 4 game in 92, and had it delivered to K after the game. That game, of course, would be the infamous TV Ted game where we lead at halftime but lost due to some pretty terrible calls.
Anyone have more info about what the letter said, or why it waa allegedly so devastating to K?
The articles discuss some additional slights afterward from Knight that I think were blown out of proportion, either by the authors or their sources, which aren't K.
