The fact Russia has no 2nd A (or 1st A) rights doesn't bother our right wing, for some reason.

I saw Tucker's footsie play date w Putin. My god.

To see America's proud GOP debase itself to this level is flabbergasting.

You can't even say what you want in Russia. Can't really own a gun. A fifth of the country has no running water. Sochi Olympics had a stray dog problem, for the love of god.

Not to mention he's invaded a sovereign and is killing people as we speak. A sovereign I might add that is the gateway to further expansion in to Poland and the Balkans, I'm sure of it.

He runs an autocratic kleptocracy that amazingly we helped set up when the USSR fell. We literally created instant billionaires over night for Putin.

Less than 5 years later the free press was abolished and now looky: Putin is prez for life and taunting America w the help of one of our own. smh

Is it the whiteness? The Christian-ness? Somebody from the GOP tell me this: why have you done an about face and decided Putin's Russia is something to be defended if not emulated and admired, as if America needs to emulate anybody?

Why should an American be concerned with the societal aspects of Russia, when the ruling American socialists are doing everything possible to destroy the American Constitutional Republic?

Republicans as a whole aren't pro-Putin or pro-Russia. It's a noisy subset of "Republicans" who are really RINOs - Trumpsters.
Seriously Aloha? Trump complimented “tough” Putin while putting the economic squeeze on him every way he could, including lecturing Merkel about it (a position the Germans now wish they had taken more seriously). Biden handles Putin the same way he handles Trump, by talking like a bully and using surrogates to actually take action. Biden won’t confront Putin and he doesn’t confront Trump. While Biden hides in his house, Trump launched cruise missiles at Russian assets in Syria—And Putin didn’t respond! Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014 and Obama Biden did nothing. Putin built another invasion force as soon as Trump left office and “Minor incursion” Biden sends the dishonest Blinken to negotiate While slouching into a war that is draining us.

Biden is an extremely passive aggressive person and Putin knows that. Biden has no strategic goal in Ukraine , and his advisors are too dumb to present one. Biden’s Russian policy has not only failed, it’s been counterproductive.

You are on to something here, while I don’t agree with your tone, I agree with the point that Biden has weakened the US domestically and internationally and Putin has thereby played Biden like a cheap fiddle. Putin’s has only oil and gas exports to finance his war. Trump knew that and was pushing on all fronts to deprive Putin if that benefit while using our oil and gas to enhance our economy. Biden did a one-eighty on all of it, and further helped Putin by halting LNG export infrastructure development a few weeks ago.

Yes, seriously. There’s a growing proportion of isolationists in our party, and they’re within the Trumpster portion. They don’t want to support Ukraine and many are openly pro-Russia. We have at least three Trumpsters here that are obviously pro-Russia or pro-Putin. You probably know who they are too. They’re also anti-NATO, as is Trump. I know for a fact that Trump was wanting to leave NATO. I know a two star who as an aide to one of the Joint Chiefs was in a JCS meeting with Trump when Trump told them he wanted to take the US out of NATO. He was talked into not taking steps to do it until his second term. There are some reports about this too. I thank God he didn’t win.

A few things

First our Ukrainian policy is unsustainable. Biden missed the opportunity to seize the initiative because he is so preoccupied with escalation. He advised against Afghanistan build up , he advised against the Bin Laden raid, his withdrawal was an aimless disaster, and he is doing the same thing in the ME. Passive aggressive

NATO is mostly our liability, not our asset. It needs to be reconstituted. It has turned into a bureaucratic blob. Few of the members can sustain their own defense. We are obligated to make up their deficiencies. Sometimes it takes an outsider to recognize systemic issues.

I’m against Biden’s Ukrainian proposals, his ME policy, and his Iranian policy. The opposite of being opposed to Biden is not isolationism.

I must have missed it - what office does Tucker hold in the GOP?

Well said. I do see their attraction to a dictatorship. But you'd think most would never ever, ever be attracted to a nation with such STRICT gun control laws.

Dumbest post of the year. Anybody who thinks Trump supporters are attracted to authoritarian dictators have their face mask and shield on too tight. You need to come out for air.

His tone is just fine. Other than that, your post was spot on.

Is this the only site you read? MAGAs that love Putin aren't really hard to find. Just in the past few days one of the WIBC guys was defending Putin's attack, calling it "reclaiming past territories." A Russian YouTuber was getting so much Putin praise (in comments) he wound up doing an entire video informing them of life in a dictatorship.

If you don't understand where the pro-Russian, anti-Ukrainian sentiment is growing in the Republican party, you're not paying attention. Or your willfully ignorant. I'd bet on the latter.
Would that be more or less ignorant than your wrong use of your/you're? I'd bet on less.

Fully agree with this. It's time for you to take back your party so some of us can have legitimate options.
If Trump wins, I suggest we become tourists in DC lol. I am sure mtg and fellow Republicans would defend us

Only after we call a Secretary of State, ask for him to find the votes we desperately need, and after begging doesn't get us anywhere, we'll threaten his job and his freedom.

If the pResident can do it, so can we!!!

“In Hawaii, the Aloha spirit inspires constitutional interpretation,” the state supreme court said in its unanimous Feb. 7 decision. “The spirit of Aloha clashes with a federally mandated lifestyle that lets citizens walk around with deadly weapons during day-to-day activities.”

“The thing about the old days, they the old days,” the court added in its decision, for emphasis that contemporary culture shouldn’t be shaped entirely by the founding fathers of the US.

Hawaii upholds state law to not allow permit-less carry citing that its antithetical to the “Aloha Spirt” and quoting HBO’s hit television series the “The Wire”.
