It seems you think they are answerable to you in some way. Otherwise why would you be complaining about a supposed Friday news dump? Again, do you understand how our judicial system functions? Or are you being a deliberate baby?

I’m not complaining at all? Why do you say that? I could care less when it drops. What difference does it make? I’m merely explaining why I read and heard they are doing the unusual schedule and dropping it on a Friday. Go get your pacifier now, son.

Right but they have two days . If they have a decision today for example, they’d be working tomorrow during protests. There will be protests immediately after, so they will have two days. I’m just quoting what I heard on a podcast why they thought decision was on a Friday.

It's possible. It's also possible they don't release it until Monday. Tomorrow is the last scheduled day for publishing opinions, but there's no rule that says they have to follow their own schedule.

The justices aren't stupid. They know there will be a heated response to the result of this case. But painting them as, effectively, cowards is pretty weak stuff. Which podcast did you get this supposition from?

I know why they pick Friday for news dumps, it just leaves the entire weekend for people to get out of hand in larger numbers. Do it on a Monday and it will at least cut back on some potential protestors because they have to weigh working versus protesting/rioting. Then there is a whole week to cool off a bit.

They are showing up at the Justice's homes so I am betting they will hold that decision until they have the entire slate ready to go. It will get dropped with the last group of decisions IMO.
