Seems to me the evolution taking place with NIL is contrary to the couple decade old push for parity and consideration for Mid majors etc getting bids to the tournament instead of bottom feeders in the major conferences. The bank rolls now buying rosters is going to pluck all the talent out of those mid majors each year. It will almost render those schools all pretty much useless as far as the Big Dance is concerned. Just like MLB with the Yankees, Dodgers etc. , teams with the most money win. Perhaps putting "team salary caps" in place and players under contracts for at least 2 years minimum ???
