Obviously the new Coach gets to pick and Organize his entire Coaching Staff. Does that also apply to the Strength and Conditioning Staff? The reason I'm asking is that it became obvious as the Year went on that We were getting beat or outmuscled way too often on loose balls, contested rebounds, and didn't have the power or explosiveness to play through contact on shots near the basket. IMO, that Whole program needs to be re-staffed or revamped to produce better results.

Were we getting beat physically or mentally? Someone had a saying about that.

"I'm tired of losing to Purdue!"

I only toss that in because the post reminded me of when Keady first got his guys really muscled up, lol. Indiana was behind that approach for awhile.

I also wonder who's in charge of the weight room and conditioning. I assume each major sport has their own head person at least? Sport specific.

Archie’s little buddy needs to be sent packing. If I never see any more tug of war in the sandpit and those stupid oiled up glamour shots, I’ll be fine. Also forget about the “he’s increased his vertical to 42-inches from 22 when he got here!”
