Trayce Jackson- Davis flew past all time blocks leader Jeff Newton with 6 blocked shots against the Golden Gophers Wednesday night.

In doing so, Trayce also paced the Hoosiers with 25 points and 21 rebounds, coming off a national Player of the week award.

The 25/21 was the first for Trayce achieving 20+ in both categories, and it marked the first time in college basketball since 2009 (Uconn's 7'3" Hasheem Thabet) that a player surpassed 25 points, 20 rebounds, and 5 blocked shots in a game.

Trayce surpassed 1900 career points and is closing in quickly on Alan Henderson on the All time Hoosier List (1979).

The one record TJD desperately wants to avoid? Becoming the first 1500 point IU scorer without a season over 0.500 in the Big Ten.
