Achoki Moikobu was the coach at Sunrise Cristian Prep, and known to have been associated with some good defenses.

I think Nick Norton, who was a fine PG in his own right is taking Calberts gig and we're still bringing in another coach that will be able to go off campus and recruit. So that would leave Jordys roll. He was director of recruiting or something. That's the gig I'd put Sherron in.

I highly doubt we will see any former IU players in any staff roles for a while.

Anything official for CDD staff? I feel bad for Hulls. He gave up a pro career oversees to be an assistant at IU. He stated when he was first hired that this wasn't a job he was seeking out but when IU called he couldn't pass up the opportunity.

BOOM!

Does the TH in your username stand for Terre Haute by chance? That's my guess. Is it OK if I call you Little Dutch?
Yes TH is Terre Haute but I’ll admit I don’t get the little Dutch comment…. Please enlighten me. For disclosure I haven’t lived in Indiana in 30 years

If your reference is to Brian Evans the answer is no… I’m older than Brian but he and my Dad had a reasonably close relationship. They also attended many RMK golf outings together. My Dad played for Branch

No my Dad was Charlie Hall, wore number 42 and was captain of team in 62. 3year starter. Wore number two on the Indiana all stars. Inducted into Indiana High School HOF fame. Also played Baseball at IU as pitcher and first baseman.
He went on to be a senior VP at John Hancock and in his later years did financial planning for guys like RMK, Randy Couture, Greg Maddux, the Vans, Frank Hamblen, etc. IIm not trying to be a know it all on this forum but I do have some insight that many don’t and I only share what I can and what I know to be true

I thought Don Schlundt was your dad. Checked all the same boxes until the relationship with Brian Evans came up here.

My Dad and Slick were close for obvious reasons. Saw many training camps of the pacers at Rose Hulman ( Poly ) in my youth. Also got to go into Warriors locker room as a high schooler with Tom Abernathy…. We share the same birthdate ( different year ) I also always remember him because he gave me an autograph and since we didn’t have any paper he signed an Amex receipt ( circa early 80s ). The old transparent type of that era lol

Good recruiter ? His did the team do the last 2 years. Clean house.
His in-state track record left a lot to be desired and he certainly didn’t hold on to guys if he was the one leading the recruiting charge for Bigfoot. Pulling out a wallet and just handing cash to overpriced guys like Ballo isn’t the art of recruiting.

Hell I remember Charlie clearly. Good baller, steady and undercontrol.
