Luke Sinnard in his 4/8 start against Iowa, went 6.0 IP, gave up just three hits, no runs, 12 K's, and no BBs in a 2-0 IU win. Ryan Kraft, who won't be available for the tournament, pitched the final 4 innings of that game which went 10 innings with IU winning it on a Colopy two-run homer.
Brody Brecht in his 4/7 start against IU, went 7 IP, 2 hits with 1 earned run, 7 Ks, and 4 BBs, in a 7-1 Iowa win.
It was just after his win against IU that Brecht all of a sudden had all kinds of control problems and in his next five games he went just 4.1 IP, 4.0 IP, 0.2 IP, 1.0 IP, and 2.2 IP. In his last two games which I believe were wins, he seemed to get over some of the control issues and went 6.0 IP in both games leading up to today's game.
