There was something about Qatar possibly expelling Hamas Officials - from months ago, and it still hasn’t happened. At this point it looks dbm is posting lies - again.

The parts that are foreign and used for local assembly will be bought, with the local maker paying tariffs, and then surely passing the cost on to you.
Every car, even Fords and Chevys, have many foreign-made parts. Tariffs will make their prices go up.
Hell, even most things made wholly in America use some foreign-acquired ingredients, if just for packaging. Most plastics are imported, for example.
That wasn't the issue although a couple of the things listed would have required negotiation by someone (wasn't Trump). It was the hyperbole of all the things supposedly magically done within 48 hours of when Trump. None of it was supported by anything other than the hyperbole. That's all.
So you are saying that this is another tool, placed in the hands of US companies to negotiate down the original price of each product, offsetting the tariff, right?
