CTA definitely needed good coordinators to be successful and the LEO thing could be spun as hokey by those who didn’t get it.
But from meeting/talking to some players families (especially transfers) at games this year, there are some toxic ass cultures out there created by coaches that are really rough.
I hope this isn’t something we regret.

What could we regret?! Let's assume Indiana isn't going to hire some asshole. There's a lot of good coaches out there.

I’m not assuming they will hire someone that would create a toxic culture. Im just hoping they don’t. Ergo, I hope we don’t regret this.
