Today, this would make it better:

2. Drive and get fouls.

Nothing but saying he has “cronies” and implying that he’s somehow low class is unbelievably stupid if you aren’t a kid who knows nothing about his history with IU.
If you ARE a kid who knows nothing about that then I don’t really care WHAT you have to say anyway.
Your guess would be wrong. But, what does that have to do with his coaching?
Low class is the inference you took from it. The guy can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Go look up the definition of cronies since we're on the subject of stupid.
My guess is the average age of posters on this board is over 55 yrs old.
Never implied he was "low-class". What I am implying is that he is not a good coach. And that he has surrounded himself with guys like Armond Hill that are more his friend than good college basketball coach or, yes men that won't challenge him to do better. The two that did try got fired and another that was put in an office at the complete far end of the building so Woodson wouldn't have to talk to him.
And, I am not a kid. I watched IU, as a kid, starting in 75. Though I will admit I was more invested in the local UE teams in those later 70s to early 80s years. Also, just because Woodson was an AA almost 50 years ago doesn't necessarily make him classy either. He played some great basketball in Bloomington a long time ago for a short 4 years. What he has done the last 4 years has been insulated himself, been stubborn to make any changes, been lazy on the recruiting trail, brought in paid merchants who at large times play w/o passion, made poor coaching decisions, not won. That's what I inferred when I said I'm glad he and the staff are gone.
FWIW I think Woodson has been classy with the way he has handled what went down a couple of weeks ago.
So? Do you have a problem with fans who have been cheering on the Hoosiers since before you were crapping yellow?

He's absolutely been low class during his tenure at IU. If you think the way Woody has handled himself, on and especially off court, is classy, I can't help you. He's been an awful representative for IU. I could elaborate, but there's probably a 100,000-character limit on here. And yes, he has cronies: the Bigfoot Brigade (Quinn, Wittman, Isiah et al.). Fact.
Maybe you're a kid who thinks treating the program like shit is acceptable. Sure, he was a good player from 76-80. So what? That has nothing to do with his entitlement or narcissism.
