This guy brings up some interesting points....

To the question NO! Emphatically NO!
If all things are equal, just and without malice or pre conceptive intent, no! The law is the law. If we could get back to this very simple conscript, we could eliminate much of the divid!

The Answer is no. Innocent until proven guilty. Bringing someone to trial does not make them guilty. The justice department is tasked with seeking justice. That’s a 24 hour job every day of all four years of any presidential term.

No. Hunter shouldn't get any special treatment, and Trump can't be allowed to use this policy to shield himself from accountability. If he's able to get away with that, then hell, why can't Hunter declare his candidacy?

Why can’t anyone declare candidacy to avoid investigation and/or charges?

Your comment brings up a good point. With the big guy close to his expiration date, I bet Hunter and the buyden fam et al are freaking out, where are the future payouts going to come from. What DC slub is going to be willing to hitch their wagon to the buyden's? It's not exactly like they have actual private sector success to rally around. But then again, they probably know where every skeleton in burried in DC, so their may be some leverage after all.
