Here is how the season fared for some coaches with state connections. Nothing too surprising. Pat Knight did better than I expected, Chris Holtmann worse.
I added Doug Gottlieb just because he's known from Fox Sports Radio. This is Lewis' second 7-11 conference record in a row. Have to assume he's on the Hot Seat at Ball St, but hoping not yet.

In his last two seasons at Lamar, he only won 3 conference games-total. My expectations were extremely low.
