He has. They need guards. But it’s a a soft offer. Cal showing some interest.I seriously doubt that he has bee offered by Kentucky.
99% of IU Fans treated Romeo just fine. A few a$$hole$ on this board did not.The way the fans treated Romeo, I doubt he would come to IU.
I think you just called me an a$$hole🤣99% of IU Fans treated Romeo just fine. A few a$$hole$ on this board did not.
I 2nd thatI think you just called me an a$$hole🤣
I just wanted Romeo to stop standing in the corner. The easiest guy to guard is the guy who hardly moves.99% of IU Fans treated Romeo just fine. A few a$$hole$ on this board did not.
That’s what he was supposed to do. Just like kopp and Stewert. Romeo averaged 15-16 points with a bum hand. You guys act like these kids don’t know how to operate in their system. Newsflash….I just wanted Romeo to stop standing in the corner. The easiest guy to guard is the guy who hardly moves.
What’s his excuse now, he doesn’t have a bum hand! He’s just a bum. That’s what he was supposed to do. Just like kopp and Stewert. Romeo averaged 15-16 points with a bum hand. You guys act like these kids don’t know how to operate in their system. Newsflash….

Do you think that's a lot of money?Making millions of dollars.

dribbling a ball
His ppg average was impressive as a freshman. But if he stands in the corner it means he is not setting up his teammates for shots. If the defense has to react to him then they are leaving their man and it helps the whole team on the offensive end. I have nothing personally against Romeo. That’s what he was supposed to do. I mean…ok. It’s funny to me people think they aren’t were they are supposed to be. When you see them standing opposite they are supposed to stand there to stretch the floor. This isn’t Bob Knight era run through multiple screens offense. He’s the guy the bigs pass out too. They are shooter options. His ppg average was impressive as a freshman. Maybe what we are saying is this is not the right way to play basketball. I guess if it works there is no problem. But in his one year at IU it didn't work.I mean…ok. this is the first rule. You set up opposite of the post. You slide to the corner to make your man choose. Keeps the lane open. This is what Kopps and Romeo’s job was. 🤦🏻
1. The opposite perimeter player slides down to the weakside corner for a possible pass from the dribbler.
Please stop with all the standing around nonsense.
It’s not like he’s the only one playing that system. It works. Just give it time. He’s not going to switch systems just personnel. He’s showing recruits what system he’s using. Archie used a system with the personnel he had. Big mistake. He couldn’t get a stretch 4 because of it. Let the man coach. He will get us shooters and 4/5 out types.Maybe what we are saying is this is not the right way to play basketball. I guess if it works there is no problem. But in his one year at IU it didn't work.
