Where are people seeing San Diego as ranked number 13? I have been checking different polls and haven't found them ranked at all.

The live streaming they had over the weekend, showed SD #13 and IU #17. Not sure what they were using, because the above obviously shows us as #22.....

I'm just guessing, but with there being several baseball polls, I believe they were using the highest ranking among those polls for each team, which would put IU at #17. BTW, in the College Baseball Newspaper poll, IU moved from #22 to #12 today.
