Its nuts what the portal has done to how closely I follow more traditional HS recruiting. I've literally never heard of Sammy Jackson before.

Both IU and Texas getting beat out by a school like VCU, is interesting. But without knowing anything about this kid, if he's good enough to be impactful at either IU or Texas... I'll bet a dollar that he never steps foot on campus in Richmond next year. Tons of time for him to get "better offers" between now and next fall.
