Listened to his press conference. While he stated the obvious that you can't change structurally during the middle of a season, he did say that he thought he could make enough small changes to make an improvement.
He also said a couple things I think we have all been saying:
Do more of the things you do well - (Hopefully he means Lucas as a WR, more touches for Henderson/Turner)
Do Less of the things you don't do well - (Hopefully he means Lucas straight up the middle, Designed QB runs with Jackson)
With his interim coaching of the OL last year and sitting in with the QBs as quality coach this year, he should have all the info he needs to make the subtle changes.
He has a bye week to implement some of those changes, but with Michigan next game, it will be tough challenge. Looking forward to the Rutgers game to see how the Offense performs.
