Both Ramsey / Smith are listed as 2* recruits. I don't care really about how many stars they have, but when and how many times a year are these updated?
Pumped about the two Cinci area signings. Smith seems like an under the radar guy who has a great work ethic, considering the weight he added in the off season. Meanwhile, Ramsey looks like that dual threat type that they thought Stevens would be.
