RIP Gene Hackman

Nothing against the Hackmans, per se, but I think the human race has largely been a failed experiment ... so my first reaction was, "Aww, poor dog."
Me too. When I hear something like this I always feel sorry for the animals or kids. The adults, not so much.

Not sure what it says about me, but my first reaction was also”no, not the dog”.

My two biggest proposals for physical revisions are an extra liver and an extra heart. Why the design scrimped on these but splurged on kidneys is just stupid.

Rodent droppings? Hmm.
Sounds like it can be airborne, that is breathing in air contaminated by rodent droppings, saliva, etc. Not sure what kind of home they had there, out buildings, and such. The North American Deer Mouse is the most common carrier and it's very common out West.

So are they saying breathing air contaminated rodent droppings killed all 3 instantaneously? Sounds like The X Files.

Who said that? She died of hantavirus. He died a week later from heart failure. (He had dementia.) The dog was locked in a crate after a med procedure. Probably didn't get fed/watered after she died. Also a good chance Gene didn't get any meds after she died.

Basically it sounds like she got sick and died, then Gene and the dog were rather helpless.

Awful lot of supposition there. I say call in Scully and Muldair.

Not really. They said she died of hantavirus. They said he had dementia and died a week later of heart failure. They said the dog was in crate after a veterinary procedure. Not much supposition. They pretty much confirmed all of that.

Who are these they you speak of?

I have no skin in this detective game, but I appreciate a thread that doesn't involve the coaching search. Thank you for granting me a mental break from this madness.

What I want to know, are these rodents earthling or alien in nature. Could be a mass conspiracy?
