The definition of "having COVID" became testing positive for the virus, after super-sensitive tests became widely available.

You test positive then you say "I have COVID", but if vaccinated, you might not notice any effects whatsoever and would not otherwise know that you "had it". You fight it off fast and test negative fast, relative to the unvaxxed.

No vaccine is a force field keeping any virus from your body. If you are exposed to the polio virus, it enters your body. Then it gets killed off fast, if you're vaccinated. If there were a super-sensitive test, though, in the time before it was eradicated from your body you would test positive and you could say that you "got polio". But you didn't, really.

This is a terrible prediction. The economy is going to be fine next year. We’ve been overspending the last 25 years, so that’s nothing new. Trump is a Democrat on spending and conservative on taxes and regulations. If they lower taxes and make some cuts, they might get to 5% GDP growth.
