2014 4-star cornerback Wesley Green recently announced that he was transferring from South Carolina. I remembered that IU recruited him when he was coming out of high school in Georgia so I reached out to him and he told me that he is interested in IU. I have also heard there is mutual interest here but not sure how serious things are or if anything is going on. If something is going to happen it would have to be this week with classes starting. I think if IU has made a play for him they will have a good shot to land him.
Wherever he ends up he will have to sit out this year as a transfer and would have 3 years left to play 3 starting next fall. He redshirted last fall at South Carolina.
