Supposedly only one but it was mentioned that Cig was considering oversigning a couple this time around with the thought that things would work themselves out numbers-wise in the Spring (I have zero idea if that's true or not)..,,

I hope it’s not just for the NIL signing. While that’s nice and all I/we pretty much assume this is happening anyway.
With Foley in portal I think we currently have 2 open spots
Devan Boykin, 5-10, 195 will have 1 yr. of eligibility left. Reminds me a of a slightly bigger Shawn Alsbury. His film demonstrates that he active on defense. Has played safety & rover, so he'll plug & play.

No, I trust Cigs decisions. At this point it feels like we have about a dozen DB's who started for other programs last season.

We needed help at safety/rover & he's perfect with experience & size to fortify those positions.
If the team can get an edge rusher to go with the DB'S we have...we are golden next year.
